Executive - Graphic Designer

Job Title – Executive - Graphic Designer Location – Marol, Andheri Company Profile - Beco is a sustainable brand with a disruptive spirit committed to eco-friendly products like natural detergents, bamboo towels/tissues. As a designer you will play a key role in shaping our brand and contributing to its growth in the industry of home care and personal care. Key Responsibilities •Create designs for performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) and website assets (banners, product pages, landing pages). • Own the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. • Work closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to translate briefs into engaging creatives. •Manage video content creation by collaborating with internal teams and coordinating with external agencies. • Contribute to creative strategy and bring new ideas to improve engagement and conversions. Requirements • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in a D2C/e-commerce brand or agency). • Strong portfolio across digital ads, social, and website assets. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/Figma/Canva. • Basic understanding of video editing is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines.
