Graphic Designer

Position: Senior Graphic Designer Location: Onsite Reporting To: Founder and Creative Director Compensation Structure 1. Fixed Pay (Monthly): TBD depends on experience and portfolio Covers core responsibilities and deliverables. 2. Variable Pay (Performance-based): TBD 5% - 7.5% of the project profit TBD Based on project quality, deadlines met, creativity, and client satisfaction. Variable component to be disbursed quarterly or on project completion. Responsibilities • Design and develop creatives for digital, print, and branding campaigns. • Define and articulate the overall creative direction for campaigns, branding, and communication. • Translate/Create client briefs and business objectives into strong creative concepts. • Content research and creation for design requirements. • Ensure consistency with brand identity across platforms. • Lead, inspire, and mentor designers • Act as a creative point of contact • Oversee all creative deliverables (designs, campaigns, videos, brand collaterals) to ensure high standards. • Balance creativity with strategy, deadlines, and budgets. • Quality Check and Approve final outputs before client delivery. • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
