Role Overview We’re looking for a talented Visual/Graphic Designer with 2–5 years of experience who can confidently take a brief and turn it into impactful visuals across print, digital, and branding projects. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with strategists, copywriters, and developers to bring creative ideas to life. Responsibilities * Conceptualize and design marketing collateral for both digital and print * Work on brand identity, packaging, UI layouts, social media creatives, and presentation decks * Collaborate with the creative and account teams to develop visually engaging solutions * Maintain a strong attention to detail and deliver high-quality design work within deadlines * Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and tools * Ensure all work aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and strategy Requirements * 2–5 years of design experience in a creative/advertising agency * Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, and digital work * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI.  * Understanding of layout, typography, and visual balance * Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and storyboarding is a plus * Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback * Proactive mindset, ability to manage multiple projects, and work well in a team Bonus if you have: * Experience with AI or UI UX * Knowledge of print production processes * Interest in conceptual thinking and creative strategy
