We collaborate with brands, creators, and companies across industries to push the boundaries of creativity through design, animation, and innovation.We are looking for a Graphic Designer & 3D Animator who can create stunning visuals, immersive 3D animations, and AI-driven concepts —a creative mind that thrives at the intersection of art, technology, and storytelling.Role OverviewAs a Graphic Designer & 3D Animator, you will be responsible for producing 2D and 3D visuals, branding assets, motion graphics, and AI-enhanced content for a variety of projects including films, advertisements, brand campaigns, and social-first content . You will work with both traditional design tools and next-gen AI platforms to deliver cutting-edge creative outputs.Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic DesignDesign social media creatives, branding assets, decks, posters, and campaign visuals using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom. Ensure a consistent visual identity across projects. Deliver print-ready and digital design assets for client and internal projects. 3D Animation & Motion GraphicsCreate 3D models, environments, and animations using Blender (and other 3D software if required). Develop product animations, motion graphics, and cinematic renders for campaigns and films. Collaborate with editors and VFX teams to integrate 3D assets into live-action projects. AI Creativity & InnovationUse AI tools like Gemini, Lovart, Seedream, Runway ML, and others to generate concepts, visuals, and animations . Explore AI-driven workflows to accelerate production and enhance creativity. Stay updated with emerging creative technologies and bring them into DSYN House’s design pipeline. CollaborationWork closely with creative directors, project managers, filmmakers, and strategists to translate briefs into strong visual outcomes. Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch innovative ideas. Maintain efficient file organization, asset libraries, and render pipelines . Key Skills & RequirementsProficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom . Strong skills in Blender and other 3D animation software. Knowledge of motion graphics & compositing tools (After Effects or similar). Hands-on experience with AI tools (Gemini, Lovart, Seedream, etc.). Strong sense of design, composition, color, typography, and storytelling . Portfolio showcasing 2D design, 3D animation, and AI-integrated creative work . Ability to adapt styles for social media, cinematic films, and brand campaigns. Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹3,00,000 per year (Negotiable on skills and portfolio strength).
