Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize and execute design ideas while working within brand guidelines. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that support our clients’ advertising, marketing, and event needs. Key Responsibilities Develop creative design concepts for digital and print media. Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to deliver impactful visual content. Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Support senior designers and contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop . Knowledge of CorelDRAW (preferred but not mandatory). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Qualifications Graduate in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field . Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in advertising, marketing, or events. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000 per annum. Performance Incentives: Based on yearly evaluation by the company. Mobile Bill Reimbursement: Provided additionally by the company.
