WHO YOU ARE: Has proven full time working experience of 1-2 years in graphic design Has prior agency experience Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, (Figma, After Effects, or InDesign is a plus) Experience designing for social media, digital ads, branding, and marketing campaigns A good eye for detail, layout, color, and typographyHas a data-driven mindset and a creative heart You are opinionated, curious, and a strong problem solver Strong team management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. WHAT YOU’LL DO : Design creatives for social media, websites, emailers, digital ads, and offline collaterals Understand briefs and turn them into clear, engaging visual concepts Maintain brand consistency across all designs while also pushing creativity Collaborate with copywriters and account managers to plan and execute campaigns Adapt design styles based on different brand tones, platforms, and audience types Manage multiple brands and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table LIFE WITH A WOLFPACK: It’s important that work goes beyond task lists and deadlines.
