Role Description This is a full-time role for a Architect (Senior or Junior) at Toughcons Nirman Pvt. Ltd. The Junior Architect will be responsible for architectural design, municipal drawings, massing, 3d renders, design & project co-ordination and ensuring seamless execution of construction projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with Architect/ PMC with knowledge of society redevelopment, knowledge of redevelopment related procedures and processes, and experience in working with Microsoft word, excel, power point, adobe, massing in Sketchup, etc. Qualifications Architecture and Architectural Design skills Project Management experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field Knowledge of construction processes and regulations Job Description 1. Planning & Designing in Auto Cad, Preparing municipal drawings 2. Measurement of flat areas from BMC approved plans & redrawing in Auto Cad 3. Preparation of Project Reports / Feasibility Reports in collaboration with the architectural team/ CEO/ MD 4. Presentations of Plans & feasibilities to Society/ Clients. 5. Reporting on Progress of project 6. Experience in Reading Property Documents / Land records etc. required in redevelopment 7. Basic Understanding of Legal Documents / Title Documents etc. 8. Preparing & Finalizing Project Tender & BOQ.
