Senior Interior Designer

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interior Design Manager to lead our clients interior design efforts in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing sales offices, show flats, luxury clubhouses, entrance lobbies, apartment lobbies, and selecting finishes for apartments. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of luxury/high-end design principles. Qualification: Diploma (Interior) (3 years diploma) / B. Arch Responsibilities : Lead the design and implementation of interior strategies for sales offices, show flats, and luxury amenities like clubhouses and entrance lobbies. Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure designs are aligned with the brand vision and aesthetic. Manage the selection of all apartment finishes and materials, including marble, tile, and sanitary fittings, ensuring high quality and durability. Lead the sourcing of materials and work closely with vendors and contractors to maintain project schedules and budgets. Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion and conduct site visits to ensure quality control. Mentor and supervise junior design staff. Stay current on the latest trends and materials in interior design. Qualifications: Lead interior design projects from concept to completion, with a focus on luxury real estate. Expertise in designing sales offices, show flats, clubhouses, and lobbies. Proficiency in design software, materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Strong communication and project management skills to meet tight deadlines. Lead and motivate a team while ensuring all designs meet high aesthetic and quality standards.
