Job Description: Mid-Level interior designer Location: Powai, Mumbai (Hybrid – Minimum 4 days in office required) About Us Founded by Ar. Role: Mid-Level Interior designer We are looking for a Mid-Level designer with 4–6 years of professional experience in residential and commercial projects . The ideal candidate should bring strong design sensibility , technical knowledge , and the ability to contribute meaningfully across project stages — from concept development to execution. Responsibilities Develop and present concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed drawings Prepare and review working drawings, GFC sets, and interior detailing Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for design intent and execution clarity Ensure compliance with building codes, bye-laws, and municipal requirements Conduct site visits and participate in client presentations and meetings Guide and support junior architects and interns in design and detailing work Key Requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design/drafting software (Revit knowledge is a plus) Strong grasp of architectural detailing, construction methods, and materials Ability to balance design creativity with practical execution Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills Ability to work independently while being a team player Minimum Qualification B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution Experience Required 4–6 years of professional experience in architecture and interiors, especially in residential and commercial projects
