Position Summary - This role executes the design and art strategy to be in line with the editorial strategy set by the Art Director. Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas) Responsible for conceptualization, design and production of Print Layouts and Digital collaterals including newsletters, web sites, digital/social media creatives, web banners, and promotional campaigns. Should be good at photo research, image selections, sourcing and curating imagery. Responsible for delivering real time designs relevant to social media platforms which engages the audience (facebook, twitter, instagram, etc) Create superior, original designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts for the web. Confer with the Editorial and Marketing team to discuss and determine visuals and layout design Provide creative support for shoots, visual presentations and other ad hoc requests Functional Competencies: Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Technical knowledge of web-based technologies such as Abode, HTML, Flash Strong knowledge of current industry trend Behavioral Competency Attention to Detail Creative Thinking Interpersonal and communication skills Stakeholder Management Required Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree in Design/Arts Relevant Work Experience: 1 - 3 years of relevant experience Job Location - Lower Parel, Mumbai
