Role Overview As a Visual Communication Designer specializing in 3D, you will play a critical role in elevating Praan’s brand and product storytelling through immersive, visually compelling 3D content. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to create photorealistic models, animations, and interactive visuals that communicate our vision and technology effectively to diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality 3D models, animations, and visualizations aligned with Praan’s brand and product messaging. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute visual assets for campaigns, presentations, websites, and social media. Create photorealistic renderings and animations that showcase Praan’s technology and impact stories. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for visual storytelling. Manage and maintain project assets, ensuring organized files and version control. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in 3D visual design and communication. Support other visual communication needs including graphic design, motion graphics, and infographics as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a 3D Designer or Visual Communication Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing 3D work. Proficient in 3D software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, Maya, or equivalent. Experience with rendering engines like V-Ray, Arnold, or similar for photorealistic outputs. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other design tools. Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and branding principles. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects. Excellent communication skills to effectively present creative ideas and concepts. Preferred Skills Experience with interactive or augmented reality (AR) visualizations.
