Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of aesthetics, spatial planning expertise, and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end interior projects. This role requires creative problem-solving, strong project management skills, and the ability to guide junior designers while collaborating closely with clients, vendors, and contractors. Key Responsibilities Lead the design development process from concept to execution for residential and commercial projects. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, present design concepts, and ensure alignment with their vision. Review detailed drawings, material specifications, mood boards, and presentations. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of projects. Mentor and guide junior designers, reviewing their work and helping them grow. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure delivery excellence. Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design. Represent Hipcouch’s design ethos while building strong client relationships. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture. 6–10 years of experience in interior design, with proven experience handling complete projects. Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and versatility. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Office. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and lead teams.
