Key Responsibilities: Design eye-catching graphics and short videos to communicate app updates, policy changes, and payout structures to Experts. Create engaging multimedia content (GIFs, infographics, reels) for internal announcements and product updates. Develop and edit training videos for the Snabbit LMS, ensuring they’re informative, easy-to-understand, and culturally resonant. Collaborate with the Operations, Training, and Product teams to ensure timely and accurate communication to Experts. Maintain a consistent visual identity across all communication materials tailored for the Expert audience. Help create simple, multilingual content for ease of understanding across diverse regions. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, content creation, or communications. Proficiency in design and editing tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar. Ability to simplify complex information into engaging, visual formats. Strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling. Experience in communicating with blue-collar or frontline workforce is a big plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of Hindi or any regional language is a bonus for creating localized content.
