Standardisation Manager - Experience Systems / Design Program Manager Mumbai, India | Full-Time The Role Design isn’t just about how things look. It’s how they scale, how they stay consistent, and how they feel across millions of interactions. Our client is a tech powerhouse transforming life across 19 industries - from telecom to retail, health to energy. With 550 million users and thousands of product teams, design at this scale doesn’t just happen. It’s built. Intentionally. And that’s where you come in. As Standardisation Manager / Design Program Manager, you’ll architect the invisible systems that hold it all together - creating the quality frameworks and governance that help designers, engineers, and even AI tools deliver standout experiences, every time. What You’ll Do Define and maintain the playbook: blueprints, SOPs, and checklists that ensure consistent experience quality Create clear, actionable acceptance criteria for components, journeys, and end-to-end flows Collaborate across design, engineering, and ops to integrate standards directly into build processes Set up scalable review loops and quality gates across all product verticals Translate abstract principles into measurable systems - from token logic to interface audits Ensure alignment with accessibility, brand, and UX strategy at every step Drive onboarding, training, and team coaching around system usage and adoption Track adoption, spot gaps, and drive continuous improvement What You Bring 7+ years in DesignOps, Experience Systems, or Product Quality/Governance Experience with design systems, tokens, and scaling processes across large teams A keen understanding of UX quality, accessibility, and interface consistency Proven ability to design review workflows and structured documentation Clarity, structure, and collaboration - you bring order to complexity Bonus: Familiarity with regulated environments or AI-driven interface systems Why This Role Matters Because real design scale doesn’t come from guesswork. It comes from frameworks. From trust. From systems that turn good ideas into great experiences - over and over again. You’ll be the quiet force behind products that feel just right - whether they’re used by 5 people or 500 million.
