The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.Roles & Responsibilities:1. Office Management:Inventory management of office supplies and materialsVendor management including onboarding and coordinationNegotiation with vendors for cost-effective procurementMaking, maintaining, and filing vendor bills and recordsCoordinating with the Accounts team for timely vendor paymentsEnsuring smooth day-to-day office operations2. Attendance Management:Maintaining attendance sheets for office locationsEnsuring accuracy and regular updates in attendance recordsAssisting in month-end consolidation and finalization of attendance data for payrollHandling employee queries related to attendance and records as and when needed3. Front Desk & Visitor Management:Managing front desk operations efficientlyGreeting and attending to guests and visitors in a professional mannerCoordinating with internal teams for visitor meetings and supportMaintaining a presentable, pleasant, and professional demeanor at all times4. HR Support & Operations:Assisting the HR team in day-to-day HR activitiesSupporting employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and exitsCoordinating for exit formalities and documentationProviding administrative support for HR-related tasks5. Office Supplies & Facility Management:Managing inventory stock for pantry, washrooms, and general office suppliesEnsuring availability of stationery and essential office materialsRegular monitoring and replenishment of supplies for smooth functioningCoordinating with housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standardsRequirements:1 to 5 years of relevant administrative experienceGood communication and interpersonal skillsPresentable with a pleasant personality and professional appearanceStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in MS Office and basic administrative toolsPreferred Candidate:Detail-oriented and proactive approachAbility to handle multiple responsibilities efficientlyProfessional attitude for front desk and stakeholder interactions
