Our portfolio includes illustrious brands like Clavam, Pan, Pan-D, and Taxim-O, which feature amongst the top 50 pharmaceutical brands in India.Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, ensuring their proper functioning, maintenance, and cleanliness.Manage and supervise a team of facility staff, including technicians, maintenance personnel, and support staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement corrective actions as required.Coordinate and manage facility projects, including renovations, expansions, and relocations, from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.Stay informed about industry's best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in facilities management, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to assign tasks and monitor their execution.Conduct regular inspections to assess the cleanliness and maintenance standards and take necessary actions to address any deficiencies.Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for building systems and equipment, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facility assets.Qualification & Experience:Any graduate with 5–7 years of experience in Administration and Facility Management within a reputed corporate setupCandidates with a hospitality background will have an added advantageStrong coordination, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills preferredGood communication and organizational abilities are essential
