The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach.Key Responsibilities:Greet and attend to clients in a polite and professional mannerHandle incoming calls, WhatsApp queries, and appointment bookingsMaintain patient records and update CRM/software regularlyCoordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth patient flowExplain basic treatment details, offers, and packages to clientsManage billing, payments, and invoice generationEnsure clinic hygiene, ambience, and front desk presentationHandle client concerns and escalate when requiredFollow up with clients for appointments, reviews, and feedbackRequirements:Good communication skills (English, Hindi; Marathi is a plus)Presentable, well-groomed, and confident personalityBasic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)Prior experience in clinic, salon, or hospitality preferredStrong sales and customer handling skillsKey Skills:Customer service & relationship managementCommunication & coordinationSales orientationMultitasking abilityAttention to detailRequirements:Immediate Joiner Salary Range : 25,000-30,000
