HR/ADMIN Generalist

Manage end-to-end recruitment to find candidates who align with our culture and check all our criteria. Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks at our Bandra West office. Maintain employee records and assist in creating performance reports. Brainstorm and execute team-bonding activities and culture-building initiatives. Act as the first point of contact for internal queries and handle them with empathy and professionalism. Work closely with the management team to align HR strategies with company growth and trends. Measure and analyse team performance to identify areas for improvement and key successes. Be a part of the company's social media content Take other ad-hoc work requirements as neededWho would be a good fit? Someone who lives and breathes people management and office efficiency.
