Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Personal Secretary to provide dedicated administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Head. The ideal candidate will manage the Senior Head’s schedule, correspondence, and daily operations, ensuring smooth communication and optimal time management.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Senior Head’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly. - Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and letters. - Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation. - Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries as required. - Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of the Senior Head. - Support in the preparation and follow-up of meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes. - Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Screen visitors and calls, managing inquiries and requests with discretion. - Assist in personal tasks and errands as required.Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Secretary, or similar role. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - High level of discretion and confidentiality. - Ability to work independently and under pressure. - Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
