Leadership will remain for the decision-makers, while this role focuses on coordination, follow-ups, and execution support.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn how products are built from scratch and gain exposure to real business and technology operations.Key Responsibilities:Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables across engineering teamsFollow up with team members to ensure work is completed on timeMaintain task trackers and progress updatesWork closely with the Founder and leadership team on day-to-day executionHelp ensure projects stay on schedule and support the implementation of new initiativesAct as a single point of contact (SPOC) between teamsSchedule meetings and track action itemsEnsure clear communication across departmentsIdentify delays or bottlenecks and escalate when neededHelp improve workflows and coordination processesMaintain reports, dashboards, and trackers using Excel or similar toolsKeep records organised and updatedRequirements:1–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome to applyEducational background in Engineering-B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering or related technical field, MBA- (Technology / Entrepreneurship / Product Management) will be a plus Candidates with exposure to manufacturing, hardware, IoT, firmware, and related fields would have an added advantageStrong organisational, coordination, and follow-up skillsGood communication and stakeholder management abilityComfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environmentFocus on AI workingProblem-solving mindset with attention to detail and an ownership attitudeMust work on-site and support cross-functional teams as requiredWhat We’re Looking For:Exposure to partnerships with banks, fintechs, and leading consumer brandsHands-on experience in deal structuring and commercial thinkingOpportunity to work on campaigns that directly impact revenue and growthA fast learning environment with high ownership and visibilityWhy Join Us:5-day work weekHealth insurance coverageDirect exposure to working with founders and leadershipOpportunity to build products and processes from scratch, aligning with Make in India, Make for the World.
