Membership Fee CollectionPrimarily responsible for driving the collection of all membership fees – annual joining fees, renewal fees, through a combination of telephone, e-mail and written communications.Check the payment system dashboard on a daily basis to follow up on new member and renewing member payments, involving the Membership Manager when necessary.When approaching renewal date(s), oversee the distribution of auto-generated emails reminding members to renew their payment(s).Chase outstanding fees with members personally on the phone or on e-mail. For very late payments (those after the 2 month ‘grace period’ post renewal date), send out expiry emails and expire those members from the system.Process membership refunds (pro rata) as and when necessary.B. Tracking & Reporting Membership DataTrack new members in-take targetsTrack renewalsTrack approvals, declines, expired members.Track members proposed by Committee.Process, make and distribute complimentary memberships as directed by the Membership Manager.C. General AdministrationHandle telephonic and email enquiries for all Cities Without Houses members in India and route to Membership team as required.Process changes to home addresses, details and lost or misplaced cards.Order new blank cards, stationery, headed paper, envelopes and member books as required and manage stock.Provide general assistance to the Regional Membership Lead.
