Role OverviewThe Linnworks Catalogue Administrator is responsible for the accurate creation, maintenance, and optimisation of product data within Linnworks, as well as supporting the creation of product listings that are published from Linnworks to multiple sales platforms. The role ensures that all product listings, inventory records, pricing, and channel mappings are accurate, consistent, and up to date across all channels.This is an exciting opportunity to join the business at a key stage of growth, playing a central role in building, structuring, and scaling a multi-channel product catalogue. The successful candidate will help shape how products are created, managed, and distributed across platforms, contributing directly to operational efficiency and commercial performance.The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and experienced with Linnworks and multi-channel e-commerce operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCatalogue & Product ManagementCreate, maintain, and optimise product listings within LinnworksAssist in creating product listings in Linnworks that are pushed to external sales platformsManage SKUs, barcodes, titles, descriptions, images, variations, and attributesEnsure accurate product mapping across all sales channels (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce)Maintain structured parent/child and variation relationshipsInventory & Stock ControlMonitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all channelsInvestigate and resolve stock discrepanciesSupport stock audits and reconciliation processesPricing & Channel ConfigurationManage pricing updates, promotions, and channel-specific pricing rulesEnsure correct tax, shipping, and listing settings are applied per channelSupport product launches and range expansionsData Quality & ComplianceEnsure all product data meets internal quality standards and channel requirementsMaintain consistent naming conventions and data structuresIdentify and correct data errors, duplication, or inconsistenciesReporting & Process ImprovementProduce catalogue, stock, and performance reports from LinnworksSupport continuous improvement of catalogue workflows and documentationAssist with Linnworks configuration changes and system upgradesCollaborationWork closely with Operations, Buying, Marketing, Warehouse, and Customer Service teamsSupport onboarding of new products Provide catalogue-related support and training to internal usersRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience using Linnworks (essential)Strong understanding of e-commerce catalogue and inventory management. Experience managing multi-channel product listingsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsConfident working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesDesirable SkillsExperience with Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or other marketplacesKnowledge of product data feeds and integrationsUnderstanding of SKU creation and stock control best practicesExperience in retail, wholesale, or fulfilment environmentsPersonal AttributesMethodical and detail-drivenProactive problem solverStrong communication skillsComfortable working with systems and dataReliable and process-focused
