Job Description-Position: Executive Assistant Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the executive,managing their daily agenda, and ensuring they are well-prepared for each engagement. Communication: Screening phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding onbehalf of the executive when appropriate, and managing their inbox to prioritize importantmessages. Travel Arrangements: Coordinating travel itineraries, including booking flights, hotels,ground transportation, and any necessary visas or travel documents. This may involvemanaging complex travel schedules and ensuring the executive's preferences are met. Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support such as draftingcorrespondence and maintaining filing systems. Information Management: Organizing and maintaining confidential files and records, bothin physical and digital formats, to ensure easy access to important information whenneeded. Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information, such asexecutive decisions, strategic plans, and personnel matters. Technology Proficiency: Being proficient in various office software and tools, includingMicrosoft Office Suite, calendar applications, and communication platforms, to effectivelyperform job duties. Flexibility: Being adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle multiple taskssimultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
