This role offers hands-on experience in travel coordination, vendormanagement, and administrative processes aligned with company policies.Key Responsibilities: • Assist in corporate travel bookings including flights, hotels, and ground transportation. • Coordinate with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and transport providers for reservations and changes. • Work closely with internal teams to understand travel requirements and ensure timely arrangements. • Maintain accurate travel records, itineraries, and cost details. • Support preparation and verification of travel-related documentation as per company policy. • Help track travel requests, approvals, and invoices. • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth travel desk & admin operations.Skills & Requirements: • Strong organizational and coordination skills. • Good communication skills, both written and verbal. • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Interest in travel operations and corporate services.
