Praan is an attempt at making the future cleaner, healthier, and safer for generations to come.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, support office operations and contribute to the efficient functioning of our office environment.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient workplaceManage office supplies inventory and place orders as neededSupport basic accounting entries and record-keepingCoordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and suppliesHandle guest relations and ensure a welcoming environment for visitorsManage housekeeping staff and their schedulesAssist in organizing company events and meetingsMaintain records and files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessibleProvide administrative support to various departments as neededMaintain employee records, attendance and basic HR documentationHandle any other administrative tasks assigned by the managementCoordinate domestic and international inbound & outbound shipmentsLiaise with logistics partners, transporters and courier services for dispatch and deliveryPrepare and verify logistics documentation including invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, AWB and shipping instructionsTrack shipments and share timely status updates with internal teams and customersSkill Requirements2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management roleStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contractsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsGood to HaveExperience in a startup environmentKnowledge of bookkeeping and financial managementUnderstanding of health and safety regulations
