ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Answer and route incoming calls promptly. Manage visitor logbooks. Handle incoming and outgoing courier services, and deliveries.Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.Book meeting rooms in advance according to staff requests or client needs.Ensure to avoid double-booking by keeping an updated calendar of all rooms.Ensure the room is clean, organized, and presentable.Ensure set up of necessary equipment: projector, and laptop.Monitor room usage discreetly, ensuring no disruptions occur.Provide additional support if needed (e.g., connecting devices, providing refreshments).Ensure all equipment is turned off and stored safely.Report any issues, damages, or maintenance needs to office management.Ensure all office printers and plotters are operational.Ensure paper, ink, toner, or other consumables are sufficient as needed.Ensure the printer and surrounding area is clean to avoid jams or damage.Issuance of ID Card to new joiners.Ensure that all employees punch in and punch out accurately at the start and end of their shifts.Monitor the entrance to prevent unauthorized entry or “tailgating” (when someone follows an employee in without proper access).Follow company protocols for emergencies, such as fire drill.QualificationsHigh school diploma or relevant work experience maximum 2 yearsAbility to maintain a positive attitudeExcellent communication skillsFemales only*Working Hours:9.15 am to 6.30 pmAll Sundays and Alternate Saturday off.Office Location:Lodha Supremus, I-Think Techno Campus, Kanjurmarg Station East, Central Mumbai.Send your resume to hrmumbai@ or contact our HR team at 7208013171.
