A Scheduler in a service department is essential for managing the efficient allocation of resources and ensuring timely service delivery. They handle the scheduling of service requests, coordinate between customers and service engineers, and maintain accurate records to streamline operations. Their role is pivotal in optimizing scheduling processes, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting overall service efficiency.Manage Service Inquiries: Respond to service inquiries promptly, ensuring that all information is accurately logged into the CRM system.Optimize Scheduling Efficiency: Schedule service requests within 24 hours of receipt and ensure that the right engineer is assigned to the task. Aim for on-time service completion in 90% or more of cases, balancing workload and technician availability.Coordinate with Service Team: Communicate tasks to service engineers and collect feedback from engineers’ post-service. Ensure effective coordination to resolve scheduling conflicts and enhance service delivery.Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or above regarding the scheduling process. Reduce rescheduling instances by improving scheduling accuracy and efficiency.Qualifications:B.E. - Electronics (preferred)/Any GraduateMBA – Sales & MarketingExperience: 6+ years
