Role Description: This is a full-time Receptionist role, serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, to create a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing front-office operations. The role supports administrative tasks, ensures smooth communication across departments, and upholds the company’s professional image. Key Responsibilities: · Greet and assist visitors with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy. · Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate department or individual. · Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and follow security protocols. · Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure required arrangements are in place. · Manage incoming/outgoing courier services and daily mail distribution. · Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and presentable manner. · Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, typing, and document handling. · Support HR/Admin teams with coordination activities as required. · Provide general office assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Qualifications: · Graduate preferred. · Professional certification in office management or administration (optional but an advantage) Experience: · 3–5 years of experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role. · Experience in corporate offices, hospitality, or service environments preferred. Technical Skills: · Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). · Basic knowledge of office equipment (telephone systems, printers, scanners). · Familiarity with email handling and basic data entry. · Experience with visitor management systems (preferred) Soft Skills: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Pleasant personality and strong customer service orientation. · Professional attitude, grooming, and etiquette. · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. · Ability to remain calm, polite, and effective under pressure. · Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude. · Time management and attention to detail
