Hiring: Executive Assistant to Founder (Legal firm experience preferred)Location: MumbaiWe are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Founder (Law Firm) and ensure smooth daily operations.✨ What You’ll Do- Manage calendars, meetings, court dates, and appointments - Handle client communication with professionalism and confidentiality - Maintain legal files, case documents, and prepare OCR/paginated PDFs - Supervise office staff and oversee daily office operations - Manage travel arrangements for Founder and Advisors - Handle petty cash, basic accounts, invoices, and vendor coordination - Maintain office supplies, facilities, and service provider relationships - Assist with occasional personal tasks for the FounderRequirements- Graduate with 3–4 years’ experience in EA/Secretarial/Office Management roles - (Legal firm experience preferred) - Strong communication in English & Hindi - Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, Apple systems & Adobe Acrobat - Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail - Basic accounting and vendor management skills
