By combining science, art, and sustainability, we are shaping an acoustic future where every sound matters, and every space resonates with harmony.JOB SUMMARY We are seeking aStrategic Executive Assistant to MD and ED,based at ourCorporate Office, Andheri West,who will partner directly with leadership, driving strategic initiatives, strengthening global sales operations, and enabling cross-functional alignment to achieve business goals with clarity and impact.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive strategic support across global operations and sales Manage and mentor multi-region sales teams, set KRAs, targets, and performance plans Strengthen global distribution and channel networks Identify, onboard, and manage domestic and international partners Support market expansion, business development, and go-to-market strategy Streamline the end-to-end sales process (distributor → dealer → customer) Work closely with Design, CAD & Product development for new trends and innovation Represent the brand at global exhibitions for research and partnerships Support setup of experience centres & showrooms globally (direct and partner-led) Coordinate across Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales Operations, HR, and Leadership Manage stakeholder communication, business reporting, decision support, and key projects Act as a strategic advisor while driving strong on-ground executionREQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: Skills: Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving Results-Driven with Commercial Acumen Expertise in sales operations, process optimization, and performance frameworks Analytical & Data-Driven Decision Making Sales Team Leadership & Accountability Organizational & Process Discipline Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment Adaptability & Resilience Integrity, Discretion & Professionalism Effective Communication & Influence Leadership & Team DevelopmentQUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: MBA or equivalent degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or Operations). Any additional certification in Sales, Business Strategy, or Leadership is a plus. 12+ years of experience in sales and/or business operations. Background in building materials, interior products, construction, or related industries. Proven track record in managing global or multi-region markets. Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and dealer networks. Prior exposure to cross-functional roles and strategic execution.Why Join UniAcoustic?
