Job Scope: Managing multiple Monitoring Setup, day to day administration of Monitoring tools.Job ResponsibilitiesSME for Zabbix Management of Zabbix InfraMust Have Skill: Hands on experience on monitoring tools. Zabbix experience is mandatory Installation, maintenance, removal and reinstallation of monitoring tools (ability to install and configure Zabbix server, Zabbix proxy server and Zabbix endpoints. Sound knowledge of Windows and Linux. Good knowledge of scripting Ability to write functions / script to enable monitors of all technology endpoints like OS, Network devices, Firewall etc Proficiency in monitoring and management communications, technologies including wmi, snmp, syslog Troubleshooting and fixing monitoring issuesGood to have Skills Understanding of Network and CloudQualification and Experience: B.E/MCA/Graduation/Diploma in Engineering Minimum 10 years of experience.Key Result Areas Adhere to Response/Resolutions timelines Handling escalated calls.Professional Attributes (Knowledge and Skills) - Excellent communication skills - Attention to detail - Proactive and aptitude for meeting aggressive deadlines - Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
