Our portfolio includes illustrious brands like Clavam, Pan, Pan-D, and Taxim-O, which feature amongst the top 50 pharmaceutical brands in India.Key Responsibilities:Assist in conducting Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, and resolutions. Ensure timely filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Registrar of Companies (ROC), and other regulatory bodies. Maintain statutory registers and records as per the Companies Act, 2013. Support in preparation and submission of annual returns, financial statements, and other secretarial documents. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders including auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities. Monitor compliance with SEBI, Stock Exchange, and other applicable laws (if the unit is listed). Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Stay updated on changes in corporate laws and regulations and ensure timely implementation. Support in handling corporate restructuring, mergers, or other strategic initiatives as required.Qualification & Experience:Education: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Additional degrees such as LLB or will be an advantage. Experience: 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience. Freshers who have completed their training/internship and are well-versed with compliance and secretarial practices.
