Job Description• Dynatrace Managed Administration and configuration• Configure and maintain dashboards, tagging, synthetic monitors, and business transactions• Define, tune, and optimize problem detection rules, thresholds, and event correlation to reduce noise and improve actionable alerts• Implement custom metrics, health checks, and ensure full application and infrastructure coverage• Perform OneAgent upgrades and Cluster Node upgrades• Onboard OneAgent for OpenShift & Kubernetes workloads based on monitoring requirements• Set up and manage ActiveGates for custom plugins, extensions, and synthetic monitoring• Configure integrations with ticketing, notification, and automation tools; create scripts or API-based automation for configuration management.• Set up RUM (Real User Monitoring) for applications• Troubleshoot issues, perform log analysis, and drive resolution to closure
