Our Head Office is located in Mahim, Mumbai , where a dedicated team of 38 professionals  manage Marketing, Finance, HR, Admin, and Operations . We are now seeking a proactive Admin & Purchase Executive  to join our growing corporate team and support our multi-city operations. Role Description – Admin & Purchase Executive (Full-Time, On-Site | Mahim, Mumbai) We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful  Admin & Purchase Executive who can handle vendor sourcing, procurement, negotiations, and stock management  across all SukhoThai outlets in India. The role requires strong coordination, negotiation, and multitasking skills, along with a practical understanding of hospitality and wellness industry supplies. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and source vendors  for spa, housekeeping, and office requirements. Negotiate rates, contracts, and delivery terms  with suppliers to ensure best pricing and quality. Maintain purchase records , stock registers, and vendor databases. Coordinate procurement and logistics  between Head Office and branches. Monitor and maintain inventory levels  to ensure timely replenishment. Process purchase orders, GRNs, and invoices  for vendor payments. Ensure cost control and adherence to company budgets . Support facility management , AMC renewals, and asset maintenance. Liaise with internal teams for office administration, repairs, and maintenance . Assist in audit, compliance, and documentation  related to procurement. Qualifications & Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree  in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience  in Admin and Purchase (preferably in hospitality, retail, or spa industry). Proven skills in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and cost control . Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control systems . Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and procurement software . Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation  abilities. Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive  team player.
