Founder's Office Intern

About the Role: As our Founder’s Office Intern, you’ll work directly with the founder across operations, partnerships, events, and experiments . One day you might be planning a pan-India pickleball roadshow. The next, you could be closing a B2B sponsorship, cracking Meta ads, or figuring out how to 10x our D2C sales funnel. This is a builder’s role - part operator, part strategist, part hustler. This is for someone who thrives on numbers, processes, and scale - a future COO in the making. What You'll Do: ·      Shadow the founder & act as a thought-partner across all strategic and operational decisions. ·      Identify, test, and execute growth hacks across business verticals. ·      Own end-to-end execution: from lead generation and vendor coordination to on-ground ops. ·      Build internal systems, processes, and automations for efficiency. ·      Run point on anything that needs getting done. No task is too small. We’re Looking For: ·      Project management and organisational skills. ·      Market research and analytical skills, with a focus on sports or lifestyle brands. ·      Excellent written & verbal communication skills. ·      Experience in creating and managing schedules, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings. ·      Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. ·      Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field. ·      Previous experience in a startup or sports industry will be an advantage. Working With Us: ·      Location: Mumbai (on site). ·      Compensation: Merit-based. ·      Duration: 2 months, extendable upto 6 months. ·      Flat structure. High ownership.
