Job : Office Receptionist Location: Lower Parel Exp: 1 to 5 years Working days : 5 days If interested Please apply to : ================================================================== Key Responsibilities Front Office & Reception Management (Office) • Manage reception desk, greet and assist visitors. • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. • Maintain visitor records and front-office administration. Personal Secretary to Promoter • Manage the Promoter’s calendar, schedule meetings, and set reminders. • Handle confidential communication, documentation, and correspondence. • Assist in drafting emails and reports as required. Travel & Visa Coordination • Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries. • Handle visa applications, renewals, and related documentation. • Ensure smooth travel experiences through proactive planning. Promoter’s Home Affairs Coordination • Assist in managing personal household staff, vendors, and service providers. Administration (20%) • Provide support in office administration tasks such as filing, record keeping, and coordination with vendors. • Assist in procurement and expense tracking. • Handle general HR/administrative support as directed. ______________ Candidate Requirements • Education: Graduate (any discipline; Administration/Commerce preferred). • Experience: 1- 5 years in a similar role as Receptionist/Secretary/Executive Assistant.
