Role : Tender Assistant Company Secretary Location : Worli Experience : 2 to 5 Years Qualification : Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Assistant with a Company Secretary qualification or background , who can support the legal, compliance, and tender documentation functions of the organization. The role involves managing the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring statutory compliance, and coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Tender Management: Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities on government and private portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, eProcurement). Assist in the preparation of tender documents including Pre-Qualification (PQ), Technical, and Financial Bids. Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Operations) to gather necessary inputs for tenders. Ensure timely submission of tenders with accurate documentation. Maintain tender trackers, submission records, and compliance checklists. Follow up on tender status and manage clarifications or revisions as needed. Company Secretary & Compliance Support: Assist the CS or Legal Head in maintaining compliance with statutory regulations related to company law, SEBI, and industry-specific regulations. Draft and manage legal documents and declarations required for tenders and RFPs. Help ensure that all tender submissions are legally sound and compliant with company policies. Maintain documentation required for vendor registrations, empanelments, and due diligence by clients.
