Accounts Receivable Representative

As a single platform, PracticeSuite has diverse features to modernize practices and take them to the next level.We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Receivable Representative to join our finance team. We are looking for candidates with 5–7 years of accounting experience who are eager to grow their career in finance. The Accounting Receivable Representative will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist with financial reporting, and ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.The position involves close coordination with our U.S.-based finance team, hence the evening-to-night shift schedule (5pm to 2am).Role & Responsibilities Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and promptlyClose payment batches and reconcile transactionsManage designated customer accounts and maintain account recordsCommunicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, payment statuses, and discrepanciesCollect payments and follow up on overdue accountsIdentify, investigate, and resolve invoicing and payment issuesCollaborate with team members to improve invoicing and payment processesMaintain up-to-date documentation of transactions and customer interactionsQualificationsProven experience in accounting, billing, or finance roles preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyFamiliarity with accounting software Quickbooks and accounting principlesAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficientlyWho We Are PracticeSuite is a national, fast-growing cloud computing software company based in Tampa, FL that provides a cloud-based 360°Office Platform to healthcare facilities.
