Job Title: Junior Manager – Accounts & Finance (Chartered Accountant)Location: Andheri Kurla Road, Chakala (200 meters from metro station), Andheri East, Mumbai - 93Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher / ExperiencedExperience: 1–3 Years (1-year with relevant exposure can apply)Working Days: 6 Days a WeekOffice Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMAbout the Role:We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join as a Junior Manager – Accounts & Finance, responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. Candidates with exposure to the manufacturing industry will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all accounting activities and financial reporting of the companySupervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxation, payroll, and management accounting functionsReview and ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory returnsAssist in annual audits and preparation of financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Annual ReportsCoordinate with sales teams and clients for timely receivables and collectionsPrepare and present MIS reports, expense statements, and financial insights to managementOversee vendor payments, supplier settlements, and utility paymentsEnsure strong internal controls and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirementsHandle day-to-day accounting and reporting functions efficientlyPresent financial performance and insights to senior managementManage external stakeholders including auditors, consultants, and company secretaryReview and develop finance policies, procedures, and conduct internal auditsKey Requirements:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher or with up to 3 years of experiencePreferred: Exposure to manufacturing industryStrong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation (GST, TDS, TCS), and complianceExperience or understanding of financial reporting and audit processesProficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systemsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skillsAbility to handle responsibilities independently and meet deadlinesPreferred Skills:Exposure to internal audits and policy formulationStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to present financial insights to leadership
