Role: Lead Gold Loan Auditor Qualification: Graduation/CA/ CS/ MBARelevant Experience: Minimum 10 Years in Gold loan auditing & minimum 15 years’ experience in Gold loan industryBehavioral Competencies:Deep Knowledge of gold testing methods and equipment.Ability to identify quality & Purity of gold in any form by manual assessmentCalculation of gold valuation pledged by customers.Keen eye of observation.Strong Team Management SkillReady for travel for 7-10 days in month.Good experience of Excel to carry out analysis and prepare reportGold Assessment Certificate from Recognized Organization (MSME / Govt Institute) is a plus.Job Responsibilities: Responsible for completing Approved Quarterly Audit Plan in given time frameResponsible to ensure adequate Audit coverage as per defined polices, procedures and regulatory guidelines related to Gold LoanResponsible to schedule fortnightly / monthly discussion on Critical / Key and Repetitive Findings with Auditee at Zonal LevelResponsible to manage entire gold loan audit teamConduct surprise visit at Gold Loan BranchesIdentify and investigate potential frauds in gold valuation, documentation and disbursementResponsible to conduct training session on Gold Assessment Process and frauds taken place in market
