Learn more about AssuranceYour work profile.• Execute Internal Audit, Project Audit, Concurrent Audit, and Advisory engagements(including SOP design, IFC, SOX compliance, and Risk Management) acrosssectors such as Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, andEnergy/Renewables.• Responsible for end-to-end delivery including supervising and reviewingengagement teams.• Coordination with other service lines within the firm for internal opportunities.• Establishing strong professional relationships with external clients and internalteam members.• Supporting the partners in driving select client relationships of the firm.• Taking the lead and responsibility on internal practice improvement initiativesrelating to quality, risk, people etc.• Assess, design, and strengthen internal controls by applying established controlframeworks and regulatory guidelines.• Understand client business models, interpret industry trends, and recommendleading practices.• Develop and enhance conduct risk and compliance solutions through research,framework application, and analytical insights.• Improve the quality of assurance engagements by identifying risks, developing testplans, executing testing, and preparing audit reports.Key skills required:• CA/MBA with at least 9+ years of post-qualification experience in Process, Controls& Regulatory reviews.• Existing Manager/Senior manager in any of the Big 4/Large consulting firms wouldbe preferred.• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Financial Services Industry.Understanding / Exposure to regulations (RBI and SEBI Regulations).• Strong knowledge of processes and systems in their respective area of operations.• Candidates from the industry, should have experience of working with the controlfunctions
