POSITION DETAILSDesignation: ManagerBusiness Unit: India FormulationFunction: IF - Finance Location: Mahape (some days in Andheri office)Reporting to: Sr. General Manager – IF Finance ROLE OVERVIEW/ PURPOSEManagement of all India Field Force expense cell The position is expected to work closely with Area offices, sales Field force, Sales & Marketing Team and other relevant stakeholders for tracking, validation & reimbursement of the relevant expenses ensuring cost control, policy compliance & operational efficiency.OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIESHandling all India FSO/DSM/ZSM field monthly expenses validation and its processing. Taking care of preparation of new policies for all divisions/all level and implementation of such policies. SFC proposals review, validation and approval along with its updation in system Taking care of new developments in existing all systems. - Expenses module implementation/data updationsManaging Pan India /Nepal monthly expenses, its updations and providing the same as salary input process to Payroll. Conduction Audit and addressing the issues related to field force expenses Conducting FSO/DSM/ZSM/Sr.ZSM/SM new joiners Induction and Training related to Expense Cell activities and explanation of all SOPs. Review and updation of existing policies on timely basisHandling of field queries with regard to expenses reimbursement.KEY RELATIONSHIPS/STAKEHOLDERSExternalConsultants for ProjectsAuditorsInternal (other than Direct Reports)Marketing Field Force Team , Sales & Marketing Team, Enabling functions (HR, SFE team, etc.)DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE/ CA/ ICMAExperience Experience in managing India Field force Expense roleMinimum 5-6 years of Experience in Pharmaceutical IndustryKnowledge and SkillsStrong understanding of Pharma Field Force expensesKnowledge of modern automated system related to Sales Field forceData interpretation skillAbility to link operational metrics and financial impactStrong Analytical skills & support in strategic decision makingStrong in Excel functions & PPTWorking knowledge of SAP (preferred, but not mandatory)Business curiosity, Proactiveness, Accountability & Collaboration Behavioural Attributes Good communication skillsTeam managementLeadership
