Key Responsibilities:Finance Recruitment Specialist: Source and recruit CA/CMA professionals (Interns, Semi-Qualified, and Qualified) through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and specialized CA job portalsDevelop and maintain a strong pipeline of finance and accounting talentConduct comprehensive candidate screening, technical assessments, and interviews for finance rolesManage background verification and reference checks for selected candidatesHandle payroll processing, compliance, and employee benefits administrationOversee timesheet management, attendance tracking, and leave managementCoordinate office administration and daily operational activitiesQualificationsExperience in Hiring and Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for the Accounting & Finance field Strong organizational and administrative management skillsAbility to multitask and work within tight deadlinesStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldRelevant certifications in HR or Finance are a plus
