Roles & Responsibilities:Sales closing and reporting to various stake holderStore master ManagementEnsure sharing of accurate and timely restaurant accounting reports to relevant stakeholders QCR, MITRA, Tree report, etc.GL Analysis and reasoning for differencesProviding day to day support to stores and resolving queries of storesEnsuring month end closing within stipulated timelinesOwning the monthly P&L and ensuring accurate reportingStreamlining and driving automation of the Store finance and operations.Provision review and analysisCoordination with outsourcing partner & reviewing their workPreparation of audit schedules and review of schedules prepared by support teamTimely completion of quarterly statutory audit and resolving auditors queriesReview and analyze the consolidated restaurant accountsWork closely with cross functional department to achieve overall organizational goalConsolidation of distribution center trail balance and review of accounting entriesEstablish mechanisms which ensure financial support & prompt query resolution at all times to operations/ restaurantGuide and drive the team to focus on proactively collaborating with Operations managers and Operation ConsultantsCollaborate with operations teams to align best practices and provide desired supportPartner with RSG to identify and govern initiatives for achieving financial goals & efficiencies at restaurant level.Required Qualification:Qualified Chartered Accountant5-8 years of PQEMust have worked in Restaurant or Retail Operations setup
