Manager- Indirect Tax

We are looking for an experienced Indirect Tax (IDT) Manager to lead our GST compliance and review function. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate monthly workings, reconciliations, and statutory filings, while closely coordinating with internal teams and external tax consultants.Key ResponsibilitiesReview monthly GST workings including Output Tax, ITC, RCM, and adjustments.Review statutory filings such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and related returns.Ensure accurate and timely filing of monthly GST returns and payments.Review reconciliations: Books vs GSTR-2B vs GSTR-3B vs GSTR-1.Track pending ITC, reversals, ineligible ITC, and reclaims.Review e-invoice and e-way bill compliance (weekly).Manage GST assessments, departmental queries, and notices along with the consultant.Coordinate with the GL Manager for proper tax accounting.Maintain documentation and audit-ready data backup.Guide AP, AR, and Inventory teams on GST classifications and tax codes.Key SkillsStrong knowledge of GST laws and compliance frameworkHands-on experience in ITC reconciliationDetail-oriented with strong analytical skillsExperience working with Uniware or Zoho preferred
