Job Title:Fund Accountant Location:Mumbai Relocation:Open Level:Mid Senior Experience:CA with 6–6+ years post-qualification Role Overview: Responsible for managing end-to-end investment fund operations, including NAV calculation, financial reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee complete fund accounting operations for investment funds Perform and review Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations Prepare periodic financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and reporting requirements Reconcile bank accounts and investment records Track capital calls, distributions, and investor transactions Coordinate and liaise with auditors, custodians, and other stakeholders Identify process improvements and ensure strong internal controls Key Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6+ years of post-qualification experience Strong understanding of fund accounting and investment operations Proficiency in GAAP and/or IFRS Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
