Job Title: Fund AccountantLocation: MumbaiRelocation: OpenLevel: Mid SeniorExperience: CA with 6–6+ years post-qualification Role Overview:Responsible for managing end-to-end investment fund operations, including NAV calculation, financial reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Oversee complete fund accounting operations for investment fundsPerform and review Net Asset Value (NAV) calculationsPrepare periodic financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRSEnsure compliance with applicable regulatory and reporting requirementsReconcile bank accounts and investment recordsTrack capital calls, distributions, and investor transactionsCoordinate and liaise with auditors, custodians, and other stakeholdersIdentify process improvements and ensure strong internal controlsKey Requirements:Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6+ years of post-qualification experienceStrong understanding of fund accounting and investment operationsProficiency in GAAP and/or IFRSExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities
