The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling customer follow-ups and financial data in a deadline-driven environment.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounts receivable (AR) activitiesPerform customer follow-ups regarding outstanding balances and paymentsObtain and maintain primary financial data for accounting recordsPost accounting entries in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)Compute, classify, and record numerical data accuratelyCheck and verify the accuracy of business transactionsGenerate financial and AR reports from NAV as requiredPerform data entry and general administrative duties related to ARMaintain organized financial records and supporting documentationQualificationsPrevious experience in accounting, finance, or a related fieldFundamental knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (preferred)Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsHigh level of accuracy; deadline- and detail-orientedMust speak Hindi or another South Asian languageAAP/EEO StatementHouse of Spices Inc.
