Join us to make a real impact.Role OverviewTitan is looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance to own and scale our finance function end‑to‑end across multiple geographies. This role will be responsible for building robust financial systems, driving budgeting and FP&A, ensuring strong global compliance and tax planning, and acting as a key partner to the leadership team and investors as we grow.You will be both a strategic thought partner and an operational leader, comfortable moving between high-level planning and deep dives into details (MIS, invoicing, treasury, and compliance) for an international footprint where India is an important hub, but not the only one.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Planning, Budgeting & FP&AAct as the independent owner of the annual and rolling budgeting process, working closely with business leaders to align budgets with company strategy across regions.Build and run a robust FP&A cadence: monthly forecasts, variance analysis, scenario planning, and business performance reviews.Translate business strategy and operating plans into detailed financial models and actionable insights at global, regional, and country levels.Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership on growth, efficiency, and capital allocation.2. MIS & Financial SystemsDesign and implement better systems and processes around MIS (Management Information Systems) to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful reporting across entities and currencies.Set up and maintain dashboards and regular reports (consolidated P&L, cash flow, key SaaS/recurring metrics, cohort and unit economics as relevant, by geography).Continuously improve data quality, reporting automation, and financial controls.3. Core Finance OperationsOversee the full invoicing process across markets, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong cash-collection discipline.Manage global treasury activities, including cash flow planning, intercompany funding, working capital management, FX exposure, and optimizing yield on surplus cash within defined risk parameters.Oversee indirect income streams, ensuring they are proactively managed, monitored, and optimized.4. Taxation & ComplianceOwn the company’s global tax strategy: direct and indirect taxation, transfer pricing, permanent establishment considerations, and cross-border structures.Independently decide and execute on tax strategy within the risk appetite agreed with leadership and the Board.Ensure full compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and secretarial requirements across jurisdictions where Titan operates (including India), and those arising from existing and future investors.Manage increased compliance overhead associated with current and future financing and equity arrangements.Coordinate with auditors, legal counsel, and external advisors in multiple countries as needed.5. Investor Relations & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a key finance point of contact for existing and prospective investors.Prepare investor materials: MIS packs, board decks, fundraising materials, and ad-hoc analyses.Support and help drive secretarial activities related to board meetings, investor updates, ESOPs, cap table maintenance, and regulatory filings.Communicate clearly and credibly with external stakeholders on the company’s financial performance and outlook.6. Leadership & Team BuildingBuild and lead a high-performing finance team over time, including hiring, mentoring, and developing talent across controllership, FP&A, tax, and compliance.Establish strong processes, documentation, and internal controls to support scale across multiple entities and time zones.Partner closely with functional leaders (e.g., GTM, Product, Operations) globally to embed financial thinking in day-to-day decisions.What Success Looks Like (12–18 Months)Well-defined and independently run budgeting and forecasting cycle with high adoption across the company and regions.Reliable MIS and reporting frameworks in place, with leadership using finance outputs for strategic and operational decisions.Proactive management of indirect income and global treasury, with clear policies and measurable impact on the P&L and cash.No surprises on taxation or compliance; audit and statutory requirements in each jurisdiction are met on time and with quality.Strong, professional engagements with investors; board and investor reporting consistently delivered at high quality.Qualifications & Experience12+ years of progressive experience in finance, including significant exposure to FP&A, budgeting, and controllership.Experience leading or playing a senior role in finance for an international or multi-entity organisation (e.g., group / holding company with subsidiaries across countries).Strong understanding of global finance operations, including:Consolidation of multi-entity, multi-currency financialsCross-border cash management and intercompany arrangementsTransfer pricing and international tax conceptsFamiliarity with global accounting, taxation, and regulatory landscape, combined with hands-on experience or close exposure to at least one major geography (e.g., UAE, India, US).Demonstrated experience in building/improving MIS and finance systems; experience in SaaS, technology, or online businesses is an advantage.Proven track record of owning budgeting and forecasting processes and partnering with business leaders across locations.Experience handling investor reporting, board materials, and working with external auditors and advisors across multiple jurisdictions.Skills & AttributesStrong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.High ownership, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity in a scaling, international environment.Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex financial topics for non-finance stakeholders globally.High integrity, sound judgment on risk, and a long-term orientation.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and willingness to get into operational details.Perks and BenefitsWe at Titan love our jobs.
