Tax Manager

Job Summary:Responsible for managing end-to-end taxation for India, USA, and UAE operations, covering statutory compliance, tax planning withinlegal frameworks, and business advisory. The role involves close coordination with business, finance, and accounting teams along withteam leadership.Key Responsibilities Manage direct and indirect tax compliance for India, USA, and UAE entities Ensure timely filing of Income Tax, GST, VAT, Sales Tax, Corporate Tax, Withholding Taxes, etc. Prepare, release, and track the tax compliance calendar Drive tax planning and structuring initiatives within applicable laws Provide tax advisory on contracts, projects, and cross-border transactions Support business teams in commercial structuring and decision-making Handle tax audits, assessments, notices, and litigations Lead and mentor the taxation team with fast and informed decision-making Prepare MIS, dashboards, and presentations for senior managementQualification and Experience CA / CPA or equivalent qualification 5–7 years of relevant taxation experience Hands-on exposure to multi-country tax compliance and team handlingKey Skills Strong understanding of India, USA, and UAE tax regulations Analytical mindset with sound commercial judgment Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work closely with business and finance stakeholders Preferred Experience EPC / Real Estate industry experience preferred Exposure to project-based accounting and contract taxation Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite)
